Zomato and Paytm are in talks for Paytm’s movie and events business, but neither company has confirmed a final deal or valuation.
Zomato wants to buy Paytm’s movie and events business to strengthen its “Going-out” section.
The estimated value of the deal is between ₹1,500 crore and ₹2,000 crore.
This would be Zomato’s second-largest acquisition after Blinkit.
