Godrej Properties Ups QIP Size to ₹6,000 Crore to Drive Plans

Godrej Properties has increased its Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) size from Rs 4,000 crore to Rs 6,000 crore. This decision was made by the QIP Placement Committee on November 27, 2024.

The company’s board had previously approved raising up to Rs 6,000 crore through various instruments, including the QIP, to fund its growth plans.

On November 28, 2024, Godrej Properties’ shares were trading at Rs 2,839.65 per share on the NSE, up 0.20%.
